Hi Everyone! I'm Noelle. I live in Upstate NY with my wonderful husband. By day, I work an office job, which is either spent glued to my computer screen or running around trying to get things done... by evening, I work four-ish nights a week in a restaurant-At the end of this month, I'll have a few months off from job…

I need to lose about 25 lbs! Feel free to add me if you're looking for a buddy!

I feel like I am doing pretty well, I had a couple of hiccups along the way but overall, it's been a good journey. After Thanksgiving, my weight went up (+4 lbs) and I was getting really discouraged, but since that high point, I have lost ten pounds (so a net of 6 lbs). I've made some changes to my eating habits and am…

I think this is a great idea! Once my butt heals from last night's spinning, I'd be willing to give this a go! I'll probably do the running outside...and not sure about the swimming yet, but will try to make it work! Go you!

 Sending a request!

After a rough week or so, I really buckled down late last week...that being said, I ended up gaining a few pounds... but I am not going to let this discourage me too much. I am changing up my eating habits a bit for the next few weeks...and hopefully my black friday purchases will motivate me to get my butt out the door…

I am going to be a setting plate short for our gathering but I have come up with a plan - I am going to use a salad plate for my lettuce salad and another for the rest of my meal. ^^^ I always eat my main meals off of a salad plate instead of our dinner plates, it helps with portion control :)

I'm turkey trotting in the morning, that will help me start my day off on the right foot! I am going to sample a little bit of everything tomorrow, but I am going to stick to small portions. Luckily, we'll be having lots of veggies at our meal and that will help! I will partake in dessert, but again, small portions.…

Thank you!

Thank you... yeah, it's just been a rough week or two... but it's almost done!

Not gonna lie, I've been having a pity party the last few days... work has been stressful and I've been getting stuck at both jobs most days... this has made working out difficult-not impossible, but I've had trouble making time/planning for it... not to mention family stress... all of these things have caused me to stress…

Really like this challenge. This week hasn't been good food-wise so I am going to make an effort this weekend to eat clean! We ordered pizza for a co-worker's birthday, she picked Pizza Hut, not my first choice, but I didn't want to be rude. I am working at both jobs today, so I'll be doing a night run if all goes…

Maybe add in some local honey or some agave nectar? Or if she's into cooking, a nice spice blend? Or... maybe some all natural beauty products (Burts Bees Chapstick, all natural moisturizer, etc.) Hope this helps! Sounds like a great idea :)

My weekend was...okay... I logged everything but I definitely wasn't super healthy... which is fine, it happens, just gives me something to strive for this week! I've already gotten in a lunch time walk and had a really delicious veggie chili...tonight will be a short run with the hubby.. Cannot wait, it's such a good way…

That is exactly what I am looking for! Thank so much, and props on trying a new position!

Great Challenge! My hubs has been really supportive... He's actually been running with me all along (minus the last month or so due to injury). When he can't run with me, he's really good about encouraging me to get out the door... last night we went and ran on the indoor track at our rec center. Tonight, depending on what…

Feel free to add me... I got back into running this year and am so glad I did... ran the Adirondack Ragnar Relay in September, the Army Ten Miler and am doing a thanksgiving run!

What a great idea! I know I have been down on myself lately because I haven't been doing very well with scheduling my workouts/haven't been getting my butt out the door to run... so I need a pep talk today! For me, I am amazed at what my body can do. I can run ten miles and then go for a walk with a friend, I can still…

I think you did the right thing, if you are working out and eating clean most of the time, it's okay to indulge a little. You can't completely deprive yourself (the 80/20 principle). And it sounds like she put in some time effort to make it. Another way to look at it? Tomorrow you can go out and run extra hard to burn off…

I'm in....I have a run scheduled for after work tonight, but it's my first run back after my last race so it'll be easy... this means that tomorrow, I'll not only have to get up early, but I'll have to push it! Challenge accepted! I use mapmyrun to track but I am thinking about getting a HRM for more accuracy as I have…

The biggest thing? It's a lot easier to run. I've lost a total of 27 lbs (20 since REALLY using MFP), which isn't a huge amount compared to some, but I notice that my body is thankful. My knees and back don't hurt, my feet don't ache and I don't get up in the morning feeling like I went through a war. This is a huge thing!…

I'm kind of in the same boat right now....I need some help keeping on track lately! Definitely add me! :)

I want to PR in the Thanksgiving Turkey Trot. And be on track for a spring half marathon. I also really want to get back into lifting/Cross Training.

Hi! My name is Noelle... I just turned 25 and live in Upstate NY, feel free to add me! My goal is 15 lbs for the 50 days. I'm married to a wonderful chef (a blessing and a curse). After being married (and eating pretty much anything I wanted) for a few months, I gained 15 lbs. After seeing a picture of myself, I joined MFP…

I'm in...I'll set a goal of 15 lbs, but I'd be happy with a pants size... The first 20 has been a very long, slow process... Feel free to add me! :)

Definitely wear layers. Hats and gloves are also a definite. And if you are running in the dark, definitely wear a reflective vest, head lamp and LEDs... this improves your visibility so much!!! Safety is so important!
-
Hi! I'm Noelle. You can add me, I am back to running about 4 days a week and am finally back to the point where it's not a "need to do," but a "want to do and will do!" Am always looking for support! :)

I'm in.

I feel your pain, I work at a steak and seafood restaurant...everything is so ...decadent-the full fat experience! If I HAVE to eat something, I try to stick with salads (non-creamy dressings), soups (broth-based) or grilled chicken or fish with veggies... I also try to pack something to snack on, whether it be a KIND bar…

You can add me if you like! I don't necessarily have an end goal weight but I definitely want to get back to my peak running shape.
