End of 50 Day Challenge (Spring Into Summer)
How did you do? I am still at the same weight, but I am doing well with marathon training and have noticed more definition in my legs. I am putting my scale away for the rest of July to focus more on how I feel and not how much I weigh. Now it's your turn!

Hi guys! So, I've been stuck in the 160s for the last few months... For the first 3 months of the year, I could not get my scale to move below 168-170 pounds. Now, I am stuck between 164 and 166. While I am happy that I maintained, I know I still have some pounds to shed. I had some health and life setbacks that kept me…

Hi Friends! So, for some reason, the month of November has me super motivated! Not only am I partaking in this challenge, but I am also doing a few other things on the side. One is a clean eating/eat at home challenge, one is a prayer-based challenge and the other is to remember what I am grateful for every day. Anyway, I…
