Spring Into Summer Challenge: Memorial Day Weekend

Tomorrow is Friday! And then it's a three-day weekend! You know what that means, barbecues, beer and lots of potato salad! :drinker:

This three (or four, if you are luckier than me) day weekend, focus on keeping active. :glasses:

Friday: Let's do some planking! Aim for three minutes total for the day. Can't do it all at once? Break it up!
Saturday: It's crunch time. Try to do 100 crunches. Again, break them up throughout the day.
Sunday: Push-It! How about 100 push-ups to get those arms ready for grilling?
Monday: Get outside, go play in the garden, hike a new trail or go for a walk with a friend!

    How did we do?! I am pretty proud of myself for completing all of the challenges. I even did real push-ups! Not the girly ones! I can barely lift my arms today, but I did it!

    I've even got the hubby asking what our next challenge is... any ideas?

    Okay I did some but not all...I did planks but not 3 minutes more like 2 minutes, I did crunches (varies types) but not 100 more like40-50 and the outside part I did but Sunday...I went for 2 walks! it was glorious!

    That's awesome! Some is better than not at all! If it makes you feel better, my upper body has been jello for the last few days! haha!

    the only thing i did was be active pretty much the whole weekend. played some baseball friday. a little football on Sunday. and a lil more baseball and a hike on Monday.
