Sorry, I've been slacking on the challenge front lately! How are we at the halfway mark already?! Crazy, right!

How are you doing? Let's take the next few days and take stock of our goals.

What I mean is, are you on track? Are you goals attainable? Are they motivating you or crushing you? Come up with a game plan to making your goals happen, even if it means re-evaluating them.

The other part of this challenge, do something to give your fitness a jump-start! I bought myself a camelbak for my long runs!

Whether it be new workout gear or a ballin' playlist, treat yourself for the sake of living better!
