Tuesday: Do some intervals today! Whether it be walking to running, jogging to sprinting or ...something else! Get some speedwork in!

Wednesday: Are you drinking enough water? Keep track today!

Thursday: 100 push-ups. I know this is a recycled challenge but I am a glutton for punishment! Bonus points for doing the "real" style push-ups!
