Friday: Do some jumping jacks! 100 throughout the day!

Saturday: Do something active outside. Go for a run, a walk, a hike or hit the playground.

Sunday: How about some burpees? Do as many as you can!

Monday: Get in an ab workout: planks, crunches, pushups. Everything will do!
