It's the first weekend of June, let's make it count! :indifferent:
Saturday: Let's do some lunges! Do as many as you can, I like to do them across the apartment, so I am literally going somewhere!
Sunday: Mountain Climbers. These are tough, but so worth-it, especially if you are short on time. Do them til failure, then do them later on in the day!
Monday: Go veggie for the day. How many colors can you fit on your plate at once (Hint: Brown and white don't count!)?

Okay so birthday Monday so may not do the veggie thing!0

No worries... I didn't get my lunges or mountain climbers in, I did my long run this weekend and was pretty wiped out. I will be doing the veggie thing today and will probably try to squeeze in the other two for a nice cross-train.
How did everyone else do?0
