Tuesday: Let's do some burpees! Try to squeeze in 50 burpees today, bonus points if you do more! (*side note, my whole body hurts from push-ups and planks so this is going to be HARD!)

Wednesday: Wall-sits. Aim for three minutes of wall-sitting, break it up through-out the day. Your booty will thank you.

Thursday: Try a new workout. It doesn't have to be anything crazy, just mix it up a little!

Friday: Get your fiber. Focus on getting fiber today (fruits, veggies, and beans are great for this!).

    How's everyone doing on these?

    I made it through the burpees surprisingly well.

    I did four minutes of wall sits and even got the hubby to join in! Then we did a 1 minute plank, 30 push-ups and some crunches. Not bad for a night's work!

    As for a new workout... I'm probably gonna try doing some speed work tonight on my run or I'll move up to level 2 of the 30DS... my body is still so sore from the push-ups and planks!

    Yesterday's workout was 6 x 1/2 mile repeats with 2 minutes in between. It was....rough.

    For fiber, I'm loading up on my veggies today!
