I created my own exercises with my pace times and, because I don't have a heart rate monitor, used other sites (I think Runners' World has a calculator somewhere on their site) and my mapmyrun app/website to calculate the calories. Hope that helps! Happy Running!

It also depends on what you're eating. If you're over fat because you're eating cookies and candy bars, then obviously, you should work on cutting that number down. I agree... eggs are fine, as long as you aren't drowning them in butter, or mayo... I eat at least 1 egg almost everyday... pretty much the only breakfast that lasts until lunchtime.
