I love my Fitbit One. I had the original Fitbit, too, and loved it. I tried the Flex and didn't like it at all. I sent it back. Now they have the Fitbit Force. I doubt I'd try it because I don't like wearing it on my wrist. I prefer to clip it to my bra and forget it. Either way, I hope you enjoy it.

A-MA-ZING!!! You totally rocked it! Makes me want to start all over again and try to get about 50 more off. Here's to you! :drinker: :flowerforyou:

I'm 5'7" and just over 200. Been stuck here forever. Would like to lose at least 25 more lbs. Working at it everyday.

I do Zumba 3x a week. Hip Hop Abs class 2x a week and I try to get in the gym to work on the Elliptical and Treadmill machines at least once or twice a week. I need to get back into strength training and specifically, weight lifting. I also walk on my breaks at work most days. I always try to get in my 10,000 steps…

Hello! I've been on MFP for over a year and it's the best program out there as far as I'm concerned. Welcome! And feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like.

I wasn't pleased with the Fitbit Flex and I sent it back yesterday. I now have the Fitbit One and I'm enjoying it. I thought I read that it was waterproof but don't quote me on that.

Zumba is the best. I personally would recommend going to the classes rather than DVD's. I started off doing Zumba for Wii and when I switched to live classes, it was the best thing and I fell in love. I do Zumba classes several times a week. Whatever you decide, I wish you all the best!

I also have both the Fitbit and the Polar FT7 HRM. And I use them pretty much the same way as others described. I do love them both.

Thanks for the friend request. I used to live in California for many years. Now I'm on the east coast. Still have lots of family and friends there. Anyway, all the best on your journey!

Congratulations! I'm so happy for you. I, too, started around the same weight as you and am so close to Onderland! It has to come hopefully sooner rather than later. Thanks for the inspiration and keep up the great work! Cheers!:drinker:

I'm 5'7" and I started in sizes 18/20. Last Saturday I purchased a pair of Lee Riders pants in a size 12 and they fit wonderfully. I was surprised they fit as well as they did. I still want to lose at least 25-30 lbs and I'm pretty sure I'll be wearing a size 10 by then.

I guess I didn't look at the topic's title. There is a mispelling in it. Does that count?

Thank you! I thought the same thing. The punctuation might be a little off, but the spelling is spot on!

Wow! What a change! WTG and congrats!

Mrs. Ernestine Shepherd is one who inspires me. At 76 years old, she is the worlds oldest active female bodybuilder. That lady is awesome!!!
