Good morning! I live in Dagsboro, DE and have for the last 6 years. Prior to that I lived 37 in Southern California. Trust me, Delaware is no California but it's grown on me. I was born in Illinois and live there until I was 8.

To get into Onderland by the end of the year! I couldn't even tell you when I was there last and now I'm only about 8 lbs away. I think it's doable!

When I'm at the gym, my favorite exercise equipment is definitely the elliptical machine. However, I mostly do classes during the week including Zumba, Camp Fit and Total Body. The latter 2 classes utilize equipment such as free weights, exercise ball, disk, and a step. Great workouts each and every time!

I do Zumba classes regularly and I feel it has helped some with my belly fat. However, I do agree that doing some kind of strength training in conjunction with aerobic exercise is the best way to go. I do Zumba on a regular basis and I believe I had to add it in as an exercise on MFP. Do you know how many calories you burned? I use a HRM and the burns I get are not anywhere near what some of the websites give me or what I hear other people say they burn.

Oooooooo, how I wish! I'm almost 52 and I still have regular monthly visits. I'm sick of it personally but I have no control over it so I have to deal with it until it stops!!! In fact, I'm due to start in a couple days to be exact! :sad: TMI I'm sure! :laugh: :tongue:

I personally prefer my water room temperature. However, I've heard that it's good to drink at least 16 oz of ice cold water in the mornings before you start your day to rev your metabolism. Whether or not that is true, I don't know but I do it sometimes.

I started off doing Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds DVD's and walking. After that I bought the Zumba Fitness for Wii and would do that occasionally. Size 20 to start (maybe some 22's) now in a size 14. Very slow going but at least it's going! Just stick with it, you will get there.
