@glorae, @tracylynnc is right. all calculations are done for you already. All you have to do is enter your current weight for each week (w1, w2, w3, etc). It calculates the difference from your previous weigh-in, total weight loss from start, & % lost.

What helps me when in a slump: stick to a schedule. Log your food at a set time each day. I have better luck when I log food multiple times a day (rather than just at the end). We're big salad fans. (endless choices). Try making a salad with chicken in it. Even though you may use the same ingredients from a previous night's dinner, it just seems so different (than chicken with salad on the side).

I like making my own glazed walnuts. They're very easy to make. They taste delicious as a snack, but also very good in a salad. Especially if it's done with a raspberry vinaigrette type dressing. I'm also a huge fan of adding raisins or cranberries to salads.
