Awesome! Could always use new ideas for workouts. Do you have any workouts or techniques on how to build up your strength to do a hand stand? It's a quirky goal of mine...I've been trying to do them against a wall so far and can probably hold it for like 20 seconds lol! Good luck with your goals!

You should have the good cook guy give you lessons or tips! (Is there any chance you could convince him to cook healthier meals? Cus having a personal chef would be awesome!!) If you do get into a cooking mood, make a big batch and store the rest as leftovers for the nights you dont want a quick meal. I've lived with guys…
