Indeed! I went out and joined a civil rights march today. Got some excercise AND celebrated a legacy. Everyone seemed pretty happy to me....even though it was about 10 degrees haha!

I'm currently fighting a cold right now and instead of my usual 'sweat out the sickness' strategy, I'm allowing my body (and mind) to rest. I tend to overdo it when it comes to excersises, so I'm learning that it's okay to cut back and it's good to cut back a little to allow some recovery time. (Big step for me!) I'm also…

Oh I am for sure! Whenever I'm stressed, sad, overwhelmed, or just bored I reach for something to much on. I've learned that I'm much happier when I'm active and involved in things. Thanks for the challenge! I did it 3 times with my core circuit in between sets....turned out to be a good workout! I groaned when I saw burpees on the list, but you know what really got me? The lunges lol! I'll feel it tomorrow :)
