in a real fight you would want to avoid going to the ground,,, if you went down into an arm lock.. the attackers friends could attack you, its not all that safe, disable them... and RUN!

I wonder if this is whats wrong for me? I eat about 1000 cals and exercise everyday, and im not even losing one pound, im scared to eat more though now, i need to lose 3stone

thats exactly what i do.. there is some parts like the push up, squat thrusts, jump up, back down, they do it so fast time i do one push up there up and back down again lol so i just change it to sit ups or something i can do, works well, DIG DEEP! =D

I think insanity is one of the best workouts by far! Its really hard.. but you just take it at your own pace and Shaun T just makes you want to go back for more =P Honestly though.. after it you feel great and proud, and you defo notice a big difference after just 2 weeks!

i was told never to keep training through shin splints as you will do more damage, taking painkillers only hides the pain.. damage is still being done, I was told to rest for 2 weeks then start off slowly again, and i hate resting! =P

Howdy Hi! I study Judo, Aikido and Karate, but i have also studied Systema, Krav maga, Ninjitsu, Freestyle Wrestling, traditional Japanese Jujitsu & Hapkido. Martial Arts Is pretty much my life, i live for it =)

I have Rodney The Ultimate grappling partner lol but it takes up to much room, I did buy some jigsaw mats for my room and i do kata every night, and i use the xbox kinect to do cardio boxing and endurance as well. I cant train with weapons in the house more.. as i was smashing to many lights =P

my gran told me today.. if you have a bag of sugar put it on the scales.. at least you will know if your scales are showing the correct weight, I think my WW scales was just faulty. Im going to stop weighing myself every morning though its making me depressed!

im having the same problem.. i bought some WW scales last week and i put them on a hard flat surface and i was 13.6 stone, i stepped off them, and on again and then i was magically 13.2 stone. I then bought some analogue scales and i was 13.7, i tried my grans analogue scales and i was 13.5!!! So i really dont have a clue…
