\ There are also people who do not have fiscal responsibility and will not pay back their loans. Don't whine and say that's not fair either.

I am sorry, I was under the impression that you went to school and worked in Canada where education is heavily subsidized. I just finished my J.D. in Canada and have a job and the ability to pay my loans. I try not to judge people who are not so fortunate. Many people are stuck in a bad situation and need help. Be thankful…

I read your post. I am not sure what "no and no" is in response to. Why do you talk down to people? Clearly your $60,000 education did not buy you any class.
-
Why be so rude? The economy was harder hit in the states. Single parents get grants in Canada so you did have people pay for part of your education (which is also heavily subsidized in Canada).

How could you afford any payment if you were unemployed?

Eat less...BMR calculators are a guess.

I'm 5'2 and have an hourglass shape (or very close to it). bust 34 waist 25.5 hips 35.5 When I am heavier I am a pear shape because my bust measurement doesn't really change but my hips and waist add and lose inches at about the same rate. So for example 34-27-37 would make me a pear.

If there is something that you do regularly (like running) then you could still do this but don't feel that you have to add it in at this point.

You can make soup, stew, or chili ahead of time and freeze it.

I'd control my portions if I thought the lunch had too many calories and I'd go get something else if I thought the food looked gross. Also, I would answer honestly if anyone questioned me about it. Bring some apples and almonds or stuff you like from home for times when you just pick at the lunch but don't want to bother…

I turned 35 this month.

Wow...you look awesome and the pole dancing looks like fun.

I would get it checked out in case it is a urinary tract infection.

I agree with this.

I plan my meals and add in the healthy stuff first then if I have room I add in some junk or know I have so many calories for a snack.

I wear a 32D but the actual cup size is the same as a 34C or a 36B.

You want your net calories to be between these two numbers to lose weight without losing too much lean mass.

ran 5k Only had half a cookie after dinner

I find Jillian and running fast intervals the most effective for me.

Ill keep it simple so you can stop trying to prove whatever your point may be. It is eating whole/natural foods. Veggies, fruit, complex carbs, & lean protein. People who eat clean stay away from preservatives, bad fats like trans fat, blah blah blah. [/quote] Then why not eat whole eggs?

I love breakfast but if I didn't enjoy it I wouldn't waste the calories. Everyone is different. I have twins-one loves breakfast and one is more picky when he gets up early.

wow...huge results for only 30 days. You are looking great.

Hi Thank you for your help (you look great). I am 5'2" and 117 lbs and I want to get better at pull-ups (I can do 1). Do you think it would be more beneficial to eat at a small deficit and lose maybe 5 lbs or not cut any calories and just focus on building strength? I will lift heavy weights and practice pull-ups with…

I just get a double burger and a glass of water or a coffee.

Good luck!

I buy frozen berries and buy extra meat when it is on sale.
-
I wouldn't limit food intake too much especially if you have suffered from eating disorders.

I run in cotton and it is fine for me. I find technical fabrics smell weird. Men sometimes get chafing and bleeding nipples when they run in cotton shirts but women usually wear bras so don't really have to worry about that. Remember to dress as if it were a fair bit warmer than it actually is.

Infinite Intensity by Ross Enamait is a fantastic resource. It covers strength and conditioning. He states: "A dumbbell is an excellent choice, an athlete can begin experiencing strength benefits immediately without having to learn complex lifting techniques. A dumbbell is the tool of choice when searching for a training…
