I like the quaker delights white chocolate I like white over milk or dark any day and it allows me to get my chocolate fix without going crazy. But I only buy it every once in awhile because they are too good. I have tried the hostess ones but they are way too good and make me want to eat the whole box,lol . So I stay away.

I think that it depends on your weight because I know that I have read that 10 pounds can take you down a size but that is so not the case for me I think that the 10 pound thing is for the ones who only have 30 pounds to lose I don't know. For me its like 20 lbs before I can get to the next size.

I have been to the gym for the last week and everyday I want to push myself more and more. I do the treadmill everytime I go and I want to do 1 hour each time walking from 3.0 to 3.5. I agree we all want a little chocolate every once in awhile. I don't go for the lite chocolate bars I like to eat the Quaker mini delights I get my chocolate fix and don't do in my whole day just 90 calories. I like the chocolate, white chocolate, and caramel. YUMMY. :tongue:

I am a daily weigher, I think that what they said has truth, I weigh myself everymorning as soon as I get up and if the scale reads a half pound or pound heavier I know that it was because of what I ate the day before. Except when its my week then forget it, too discouraging.

Yep thats one of my light snacks, but I like to put in between graham crackers and sometimes I mix the cream with strawberries or I get low fat chocolate graham crackers and break it in the cream for a cookies and cream flavor
