When you started your goals for myfitnesspal they ask you what kind of work you do to set up the calories that you are goin to need for normal daily activities. I am not sure that you should be entering in the calories burned for you job. Someone may have a better explaination then me but thats my opinion.

I don't have a hard time drinking water but I like the crystal lite rasberry tea it taste sooo good, pretty much any cystal lite will do.

I agree you don't have a better time to start a healthier lifestyle, before you have a disease that will put you on daily medication and constant checking your blood glucose numbers. Save yourself alot of pricks of the fingers start NOW with a healthy diet and exercise program that doesn't mean you have to starve yourself…

For me it wasn't anything that is new but since I have tried to live healthier I have opened up to trying foods that I never ate. I never used to eat alot of veges, but now I eat brussel sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, yogurt and many more. So now I have more options to eat healtier:bigsmile:

Are you sure that you are eating enough calories? Are you eating your calories burned? I will admit sometimes I will not eat all my calories burned but you have to add for the extra calories that you worked off. Your body may feel like its not receiveing enough so then its not goin to let go of any fat.

I totally agree!!! it tastes like you eating a candy bar, but so much better. I love fiber one bars that is my usual snack when I have a sweet tooth. The oats and chocolate and the oats and caramel yummy. I have tried the fiber one pancake mix that is also really good.

OMG :frown: I looked up my burger that I had yesterday from five guys. I haven't had a burger in a while so my husband wanted to go so I enjoyed a burger. Well I looked it up the burger and the fries that I had ate equaled to be 1000 I thought it would be high but OMG. No more five guys burgers and fries for me.
