Usually when people say "No offense" they know it's offensive... OP's point was the assembly line setup, not the recipe of the foods contained therein. Anyway, this is a thinly veiled bump...the most authentic I've gotten with Mexican cooking is store-bought mole paste and homemade guacamole.

*brain says stop reading* *ignore brain* it was. sorry. *next time, listen to brain*

Nice, thanks! i shall not fear the foil...

does it screw up the crust?

Everyone has some good advice. The one thing I want to add - brisket is a lot less forgiving than pork. There's a window between the "not done" and "overdone" stages. Enjoy!

i love that movie. Funny thing...I don't mind horror movies, and definitely a fan of the mind-f... movies like Jacob's Ladder, The Jacket, etc. But...Bridge to Terabithia bugged me. Maybe because it was promoted as something completely different. Heh, a kid's movie sticks in my head, when things like Un Chien Andalou and…

You are awesome. This here: I think of it *all* the time, from when I read it on your profile. Rock on, stay awesome! :flowerforyou:

Now that's just not right.

Seven pages later... Admit it. The song's stuck in your head now. And the thought of a crusty knife, plunging into a delicious sammich.

No, you don't adjust at all. Remember, TDEE is calculated only until 9pm, regardless of timezone or the savings of daylight. The body burns zero calories after 9pm, hence the reason *anything* consumed after that time instantly gets stored as fat. You'd better get your *kitten* sorted, Mr. Beeblebrox.

Home made au jus gravy is best. And I think biscuits and gravy got me here...

Love trumps everything else. Everything.

I could tell you, but it's easier to show you. I'm waiting. OK, really...I crumble it in salads and use a light dressing. A little goes a long way. Crumbles on a steak are good too. And in *everything* else.

Finding joy and happiness within yourself, and not relying on external things to bring you joy, is the key to happiness which isn't fleeting. And it makes those fleeting moments that much more satisfying. Everyone has a baseline of happiness. If yours pretty much says life is a turd, then it will be so. On the other hand,…

It's OK mom. You go do Zumba. I don't need to trick or treat this year.

What do chubby personal trainers and male gynecologists have in common? If someone knows their stuff, I'd work with them. Regardless of their fitness level.

Halloween is pretty damn near my favorite day of the year. Don't take that away from your kids. Don't punish your kids for your own lack of restraint. And limiting how much the kids can get? It's a candy orgy. You don't want to be *that* parent. Give them their day, they deserve it.

Indeed, that seems to be the case. I've seen you in the forums, and you've always been the voice of reason regarding religious topics. Right or wrong, it wasn't supposed to be respectful - towards *anyone* shoving religion or what have you. :flowerforyou:
-
I believe you can be *friends*, just not *best friends.* You'd still be together if you were *best* friends, no?
-
And in what twisted way does that equal "religious people are twitwaffles". Not once have you or anyone asked what my particular religious affiliation, or lack thereof, happens to be. OK let me fix it: Replace [SOMETHING] with a word of your choice.
-
My memory is a little slow today. Would you be a peach and remind me where I ridiculed the religious? Because, my dear, I recall saying I had a problem with people who shove their beliefs down the throat of others. Not those who have their own beliefs. That, I respect. Everyone has their beliefs, just don't belittle mine.

Never said you weren't. Never said your path, for you, is wrong. But just don't come to my house and tell me I'm wrong in my beliefs. That has been my point.

Yes, in theory, it is possible for one or more human beings to hold the grand universal truth. The problem with that, is who really has it? The atheist person of pure science may reject any notion of spirituality, religion, any higher power. Their grand unified theory of everything is math, probability, evolution, etc.…
