A lobster with wings, two chainsaws, and Alfred Hitchcock kissing Alfred Hitchcock.

I have several friends who used it. Each one of them went back to smoking due to side effects. I've heard of others that used ti successfully. Personally, I quit cold turkey for a couple years. Went back to it, cold turkey again, been smoke free for four years now. Drink water, and when you get a craving move your body. If…

You could just ask them. Or send this to them in a PM every time they're incorrect:

My kids don't see treadmills and ellipticals as drudge work. They just see a machine, think "ooh, shiny!" and want to play on it. Someone gave me that same kiddie treadmill. My kids love to run on it while I'm on mine. They don't last long, because treadmills suck, but it serves a purpose. The elliptical? Nah. Because…

To put things in order that I've been putting off. To find a better balance between lifting and running. This year I focused too much on running.

I consider myself an optimistic realist. Others say I'm a die hard optimist. Either way, I tend to be optimistic about things but realistic in how much work they require. Oh, I'm also a cynic. Somehow I feel that's important.

Last night was Jameson and coffee night. I was inspired. Got into leftover Indian food which was supposed to be lunch today...it was worth it. Tonight I'm sticking to a beer. Stone's old guardian Barleywine...because I don't f around :-)

The party idea? Awesome! I have a bowler I hat I've worn on occasion, it certainly makes me feel like a distinguished "Sir"

Nip guards. They look like little stop signs. But they work really well. I always thought these things were funny, till my long runs started getting into the double digits. Band aids are okay but tend to fall off. And only at the worst times.

Here's how much I care about cliques: I have friends here. Some of them get along with each other. Some don't. If it bothers you *that* much, perhaps you should go outside and get some fresh air.

I predict many minutes. Good luck!

This. Ask this question a while back, and I'd say I would take the 50%. Not anymore. I would rather be completely alone than have a partial life. And if she's not enough for me, or I'm not enough for her, then it's not fair to either of us.

I love beets. Especially fresh ones. And beeturia is awesome.

It won't soak up as much oil as you think. Enjoy it.

I'm usually the one doling out the spankings, thank you very much.

I'm serving soup. You're now screwed.

I used Hal Higdon's novice 2 plan. He has five half marathon plans, as well as different distance plans. Good stuff. My biggest challenge was figuring out what to feed myself along the way.

Best of luck. My quitting wasn't easy, but it's possible. Don't beat yourself up if you do well then end up smoking one again. It happens. Having that one cigarette when you're craving it more than anything else helps keep you from backsliding completely.

Load plate in the proper order: 1. Stuffing. 2. Potatoes (if they're good) 3. Turkey 4. Gravy on ALL THE THINGS 5. Cranberry sauce. Far away from the gravy. Eat. I'll do a reasonable job of measuring but it'll all be estimates. Oh, then the pie. Must have pie.

I want those pants.

I prefer brine but as mentioned above, it affects the skin. Dry rub after brining sounds really cool.
