Any tips on what kind of HRM to get? Brand, kind, cost that kind of stuff? We looked a little online but dont know what to look for lol

We have that too and checked it out a couple days ago, scared us since we are NOT in shape lol so we are gonna work our way up to that by doing other work outs and eating better for a couple weeks before we try it =)

Ha i hear ya! Thats what I was thinking too, im gonna have to watch what i eat during the day so that I can still have my delicious dinners and add some work outs to my week. Thanks for the advice, I had already been trying not to eat after 8 so maybe I will have to bump it up to 7... and stop having late dinners (which we do around here...) its gonna have to be a lifestyle change for sure. = )
