I need to get some new insoles. I have planter efecitis (sp?) and my heel kills me but I cant help but think that if I get some of this weight off it will get better. I went on a 2 mile walk last week and I was in sooo much pain from that. Time to make the list and do it and not talk about it. Thanks!

Okay. So I have quite frankly never been to a gym. I have one very near my house but the thing is that I havent a clue how to work the machines. Do I do it myself? Ask a friend to come with me? I have a hubby that would go with my but somone needs to take care of the kids. Why am I sooooo... nervous about going to the gym?…

Thanks for the pep talk everyone. I am adjusting my sodium hoping that it will let loose so to speak. I have been eating tons of fiber also. One would think it would go right through... :) Nope. If I get a chance I will post a menu. Thanks!

I have a significant amout to loose. I have been doing everything right. Staying within 1500 calories, Eating right, excercising and the scale is just not moving. Please tell me the scale gives in eventually. :ohwell:

Oh... I am right there with you! I just had a slice of 45 cal bread with pb and that is after dinner and jello dessert! I dont like the feeling of needing to eat! I had a ton of fiber today, ton of protein. Thinking it may be TOM.
