It is really amazing that we think that as large as I was we were invisible but I was. Nobody messed with me. Breaking down those walls is soo very hard but they will come down.

Now I have stupid shin splints but Im working on stretching and drinking enough water.

I dont have a pic yet but if you look at my profile it may have some. I have lost almost 55 lbs and am succeeding. My best advice is dont give up! The loss is slower but you will loose. Good Luck!

That is a great progress! In 3 mo I lost 11lbs and I was hard on myself for not loosing more but when I thought about it that is a great rate and it will stay off!

I have been doing rewards every 5 lbs or I loose motivation. Every 10lbs is something like new clothes or haircut. Non food related. 5 lbs is something like I can buy some scrapbooking supplies.

It is hard. I was at Disneyland and did great lots of walking. Then I got home and my family came into town. that was a lot harder. It is over now. Took today to decompress and tomorrow back at the gym.

I have had my thyroid tested every year. It is actually doing better now (1.9) than it has 2 yrs ago at (3.8). I believe the guidelines are that it is normal if it is form 1-3. So I should be good there.

For Excercise. I change it up pretty good. I do 3 days of eliptical. 3 days treadmill. Then when it is nice I through in hiking and walking then I do 3 days of weights. I am planning on taking up water arobics or spin class.

Thanks for all of the info. Had another bad weigh in today. Up 3.5 lbs today. I am working out and gaining. Crap. I am up 14.5 lbs in less than a month. So I am going to the dr in a few weeks. Something has to be up. Not giving in.

Sounds very very small. but I am here and my mind is in the right spot again. Oh and I threw out left over Christmas crap. So easy to fall into the pit of doom.

I dont have the recipe with me but there is a recipe called paprika "fried" chicken. LOVE IT! Uses saltines and greek yogurt.

Oh I way..... over did it from Wed - Sun but now I am done. and I ate enough salt to gain oh ummmmmmm 6 lbs! Enough! I am a different person than I was a year or even 2 ago.

thanks for all of the advice! I was thinking it may be a cardio issue. Im looking into adding an aqua fit class and some zumba.
