If I can, I do some sort of exercising at home. My quick, fun to do, go to exercise to make up for a slip up is playing Just Dance on the Wii. Three dances usually burns around 140 calories for me. Biggest change for me was breakfast as well. I have been making smoothies in the morning. Approx. 1.5 cups of raw spinach leaves, half a frozen banana, little bit of pineapple, 1/2 cup of low fat yogurt, 1/2 cup of rice milk, and 2 tablespoons of ground flax seed.
