I am starting Insanity on Monday too! I usually run for my workouts and maybe through a Zumba workout in there sometimes. Lately I have felt like I've been in a funk so I decided to change it up and challenge myself.

Thank you everyone! I have emailed my friend to tell her that I won't be running tonight (I was the one that asked her to join haha) and that I will see her in the morning for 3 miles. Tonight I'm going to go home, kick my feet up, and relax.

Ran on Thursday but haven't run since...whoops. Had a great mini vacation with my husband and son so it was worth missing a few days of running. Back at it tonight!

Only got 1 mile in yesterday. :( I'm really discouraged by that but my son apparently needed my undivided attention haha. I didn't work out this morning as planned but I'm hoping to get some running in tonight.
