My friend and I are doing a half marathon on my 30th birthday. We plan on personalizing some moisture wicking shirts with some iron on letters for my birthday. Any fun/creative ideas of what our shirts could say?
My friend and I are running a half marathon on my 30th birthday in April. We would like to personalize our race shirts for my birthday but we aren't sure if there are certain techniques that would or wouldn't work on moisture wicking/dri-fit shirts. Any suggestions?
This morning I donated blood but was planning on jogging around my neighborhood a little bit this evening. I had an Italian lunch afterwards (provided by work for all of us involved in the donating) and I have been drinking water but I still feel tired. Can I still attempt a jog after work or should I take it easy tonight.
I've decided to start No Trouble Zones tomorrow and do the DVD on Tuesdays and Thursdays for cross-training. I completed 30DS over a year ago and wanted to try another Jillian Michaels' workout. Any tips or reviews of the workout would be appreciated! Also, besides some hand weights, is there anything else I need?
Has anyone done the Crunchless Abs DVD? I saw it on TV the other day and wondered if it would be worth looking into getting. I don't know anyone that has actually done the workout. Thanks!
