Crunchless Abs DVD

Has anyone done the Crunchless Abs DVD? I saw it on TV the other day and wondered if it would be worth looking into getting. I don't know anyone that has actually done the workout. Thanks!

    I have not heard of it, but I find that most programs that promise 6 pack abs do not work and recently I even saw the famous electric belt that you just wear and it works your abs. They usually don't work. The best way to get your abs flattter is through diet and fat burning exercise. You can do crunches and ab exercises until you are blue in the face, but you have to burn off the fat that is covering them. Ab and core exercises are important to maintain a strong healthy core, but will not give you a flat stomach.
