Don't feel bad. When I was at my lowest weight I got refused for life insurance. I also had a Dr. ask if I had HIV. That was ten years ago. I am a healthier weight now.

I make a lot of lean grilled meat such as chicken breasts with veggies on the side. Whole wheat pasta with a veggie based sauce and salad with light vinaigrette based dressing. Lots of beans, Eggs. There's a couple to add to your list.

I hear what you are saying: live an active as possible lifestyle. I do not think there is a a substitute for exercise though. One thing I did at one point in my life was dig into "Dance, Dance, Revolution". It was a good way to get an easy burn when I did not have any time to do much else.

Milk is for children under the age of 6. If you are older than that and drinking milk you should probably rethink that.

This sounds like a cliche but those baby carrots are very satisfying. And only 35 calories for like half the bag. Also green tea is very good to cut hunger. If not that then regular Lipton's but with no sweetener whatsoever will kill an appetite. Good luck and hang in there. You can do it!

I can probably give a few tips if your final goal is a marathon of half. If I were you I would try to increase my daily runs to at least four per week…

I travel a lot. Like 30-40%. When I am on the road I only eat sushi. Even if it it a week long trip. I never gain a pound. The company pays for it.

I don't drink them but on rare occasion. I like the iced tea.

It is OK on a cracker. Just make sure it is the low fat variety. Regular cottage cheese is loaded with calories. More than most people realize.

I know this sounds cheesy but the baby carrots work when I have a craving. They are crunchy and so are satisfying. At first you are like "Gross.. I don't want no damn carrots" but by the time you eat a few you are like "Hey... these are pretty good".

Yeah I am not a nerd or anything and the fact that my screen name is an obscure character from Death Note should not be taken that way.
