I have to agree with cjpg. My mother wants me to join Facebook and I can't stand the thought. I like to keep a tight circle of close friends. I'm not a planet, I don't need satellites...or stalkers. :-) I just got off the phone with my best friend and she said she's ready to get away from it as well. How timely this topic.

I always go with the lower number. If i go down in weight...I'm loosing something. However if the scales vary upwards 5 lbs or so there's always water weight to consider. I use cooks.com alot as well..I cater parties and weddings. Just type in a few main ingredients and it suggests recipes. Also ground turkey is healthier than cow but I can't much get past the texture...my mom taught me to blend 50/50 with the meats and the turkey takes on the flavor and texture of the beef but renders down…
