Well done you! Cutting down on the beer is a good idea as that can pile the pound on so sneakily. I bet you look and feel great

Do you have a job? even part-time bar work can help. Do you have a skill that you can sell like sewing, knitting? Perhaps you have a spare room you can rent out to a student?

According to my calculations your BMI is 21.5 which is extremely healthy and you should not lose any more weight. If you are feeling flabby after your baby, it's probably just that your abdominal muscles need toned up. try doing abdomminal crunches and sit ups - and don't forget your pelvic floor exercises!

Make the most of the summer with your kids; you don't need to work out if you can go for long walks with them. Make a fun day out to a local park. Take them swimming and go yourself. Swimming is wonderful for toning up the whole body. AND use this site every day to keep you on the straight and narrow. This site is sooo…

Yes there's no doubt that pre cooked, chilled and frozen dinners are always too high in salt; ditto Chinese takeways (carry-outs). Also some so called "healthy" snacks can be high in salt eg low fat potato chips, crisps and cereal bars. General rule of thumb - start from first principles and make your own food/ snacks. Try…

Same goes. I actually put on two pounds in my first two weeks. But stick at it and don't get discouraged. Taking the exercise will tone you up and make you look better even if the scale doesn't say so

Good pictures. It certainly makes a difference when you can actually see the weight coming off

I think you are eating too few calories; I notice that you also skip meals. It is important to eat regularly because that will stave off the hunger pangs that makes everyone binge on chocolate and fizzy drinks. You will get there, but it does take self discipline. You MUST log your food and exercise and you MUST eat up…

As far as I am concerned I am getting enough water (whether its plain water or tea) if my wee is practically colourless!

I think that fruit sugar is OK; it's not processed and as long as you stay within your daily carbs and calories you should be OK

WE really care! You are not worthless and 48 is good. I'm 56 and getting better evry day. I used to lock myself in the bathroom and eat chocolate so that my husband wouldn't know but I'm over that now Be good to yourself and give yourself a hug:flowerforyou:
