  • Oh my.. I go to Urban Active and it is SO crowded. People are waiting in line for machines. They even are having more classes than usual to compensate. But no worries... They will be gone by March and we can have free rein of the gym again.

  • Thats great!!!! I run a 11 minute mile now. So slow.. but strangely enough.. I played vball in HS and developed "weak ankles". So I have to take my time. Great job!
  • I have noticed that too. But, I leave my monitor on until I get home from the gym. So those extra 100 or so calories I burned after I was done working out do not count either. But you can change the calorie amount also.
  • Hey there! I am new...(duh) Been working out my whole life but eat whatever I want. I have decided to stop complaining and learn how to eat right for me. Now.. can someone please come to my house and toss out my cheezits?!

  • thanks all! I meant that when I filled out my profile with my goals, it gave me an amount of calories to burn each week. Thats what I was going off of.. And, yes I will eat healthy before drinking my wine. lol!
  • Hey all, I am new. Have been trying to get 20lbs off forever. I work out about 4 times a week. I have a heart monitor so I track my calories burned. So.. each week I am burning about 3000 calories. working out is both a physical and mental thing for me. So I do not want to cut back. It told me to burn about 900 calories…
