Red apples are the healthiest I think - I have braeburn apples or gala .. both taste exactly the same virtually :)

maybe you changed too quickly .. you gotta ease into it slowly .. cut one thing out and replace it with a good thing per day

I am way under on calories + I feel quite tired to be honest guys. Thanks for all your advice! I think I definitely need another meal in there with a lot more protein ..

i'm pretty sure fruit doesn't count as sugar per say.. It's a bundle of nutrients with very natural sugar if fruit is included then I have around 60g of sugar a day, but without it's around 25-30

i'm looking for some aswell :) I can't have any dairy which makes it a bit harder. But yeah I agree with almonds - I usually have 25g Ryvita are ok I think! Any other ideas, people?

well I am trying to gain weight and need to avoid dairy, peanuts and as much wheat as I can!

good luck :) My advice to myself and you is to eat 6 meals a day with around 400 cals in each .. not too hard when you say it like that

yeah will do .. gonna add some olive oil to some of my foods and add some avocado .. but what else .. I mean no dairy and no potatoes make it hard
