My first tatoo is on the small of my back its a bunch of flowers with a heart in the Middle and my husbands name underneath. Super Cute! I also have a cherry on the nape of my neck, an Ankh on my right forearm, and a koi fish with cherry blossoms on my right foot.

Sounds like I should just leave it out. Maybe next time I'll use my raspberry vinagrette dressing Sans onion/green pepper and try it.

Yup. It was a cute little baby mouse. So before my cats could get it my husband put it out side and we watched it run and sqeeze right back under the house lol a short while later we had to take away a carcass from my cat... Poor mousey

I buy new workout clothing when I feel like I want to reward myself. It's something I will use and it's practical. I lost 20lbs, new exercise clothing and I felt like a new woman. :smile:

I like the news feed. On a bad day or lazy day, it always motivates me to see what my friends are up to. If they are all out exercising and buring calories It helps give me the push I might need.

My cholesterol decreased by 21 points in one year by switching to a vegetarian diet. I never had high cholesterol the decrease was just a happy health effect of my lifestyle choice. :flowerforyou:

I'm Veg as well. Those noodles are the bomb aren't they. I love them for spaghetti and stir fry's.

I lost 0.5 lbs I was stagnant until I swtiched to the TDEE method. Previosly I would do fine on exercise days but on rest days I would eat way over my calories and then I wouldn't lose anything. Since i switched I do pretty good staying within or close to my calorie goal so I am pretty happy.

I do P90X right now and am not following the nutrition guidelines. I am a vegetarian and have my own nutrition ideas. I've lost weight and inches and feel great.

I made tofu sloppy joes before.... No recipe just used hunt's manwich and threw in some green peppers & onions, slapped it on a bun and ate it.

Nutella is super sweet... if your a chocolate lover super good. Peanut butter is healthier according to the label. I just found PB2 and I love it. I used it for a PB sandwich and as a dip for my fruit. Love love love.

Animal Milk is bad for you and your bones it is full of fats and hormones and all sorts of nasties.... IMO Humans were not meant to drink milk into adulthood (let alone cow's milk) otherwise our mommies would keep breastfeeding us. Do a google search, read articles, and make your own opinions.

I'm Vegetarian.... And you DON"T need chicken to meet your nutrition goals. Do your own research or see a nutritionist. If you vary your diet and keep track you can get all the nutrients you need. I actually eat vegtables plain most of the time. When I just need a little push to make it more appetising I will use a dash of soy sauce, or a light vinagrette, or sea salt, or garlic salt. Again just a dash.

I honestly don't reward myself. If my pants are looser or I see a difference I feel good about myself. There isn't anything I would reward myself with anyway except food and that is a cycle I want to break.

I work in an office too. I log my calories bring food and chew lots and lots of gum. I find using a low calorie flavoring for my water helps a lot too. I exercise shortly after I'm home from work. So i change to my active wear. Then I take a shower and wear my PJ's.
