I use those Singles to go packets to flavor my water. I also use "energy" liquid flavoring (has caffeine) I count these items as part of my water intake. My question is this.... Does adding flavoring or caffeine to my water move it to a different catergory and it no longer counts as "water"? I don't count diet soda as…
My scale lies to me. I can step on it 6 times in a row and get a different weight each time, sometimes differing by 2-4lbs... So this leads me to my question. Where can I get a GOOD scale that doesn't cost much?
