When my doctor told me I had pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, fatty liver disease, and was declared depressed by a psychiatrist as well as being in an abusive relationship. I felt so miserable and suicidal and knew it was time for a change and the gym became my sanctuary! I am now 100% healthy (according to my check-up…

I love this so much! <3

I just top mine with stevia, it tastes so sweet, smooth, and creamy! :)

I do the Hodge Twin's routine and rest is 1-2min max between each set. http://www.2buildmusclefast.com/p/muscle-building-routines-muscle.html 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps I always go to failure and I am definitely getting stronger but as far as weight goes it's a stand still. Oh and 40 min is not just shoulders! It's also abs…

Of course being fat is easier, if it wasn't everyone would be lean and have sexy bodies! :p From what it sounds, you might be eating away your emotions. It's not what you're eating, it's what's eating you. People who have a tendency to fall off track like that are usually eating out of stress. Before you reach for that…

Slices of bread or cereal... it's always carbs! xD
-
Yes it does! I used to look SUPER old haha, this was me at 237 and now 142

I can definitely relate! My parents have been going on about how I'm "too skinny," now and have been trying to get me to eat junk food and it's so horrible. The best thing you can do is to know and remind yourself that it's your body and you are the one who's putting the food in your mouth. Just ignore it and move on! ^__^

Wow I was going to guess 35, you look young! xD

*High fives* ^___^

I've been eating back my exercise calories this week and this morning my scale said I dropped 3 pounds... I think its lying to me because I've been on a really slow weight loss and this sudden drop is just weird (maybe its my sodium intake?). I'll continue on with it for the rest of the month and see my results. ^__^
-
Take your at home scale and take a dumbell and see if it matches the same weight as the dumbell. :)

Brushing my teeth really helps for me or chewing gum. Are you eating because you're bored/stressed/emotional/etc.? Try writing down what you're feeling before you go grab something and see if that helps.

You do not deserve to be treated that way and I'm sorry that you did. I wish you the best of luck in your weight loss and I know you can do it. Things will go up from here, get that revenge bod! :p You will find someone way better too!

I'm not really toned, but I'm getting there! xD This is my normal routine, I do a lot of group x classes at 24hr fitness: Monday: 30 Min Cardio (Bike/Elliptical/Etc.) 30 Min Strength Training (Back/Biceps/Abs) 1 Hr Yoga Tuesday: 1 Hr Body Pump 1 Hr Zumba or Cardio (Bike/Elliptical/Etc.) 1 Hr Yoga Wednesday: 1 Hr Body Pump…

I think my sodium intake has been really high lately so that might also have to do something with it... and really too much cardio? xD I'm going to try to incorporate more HIIT into my routine... I found this and it really sparked an interest in me: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/train-like-a-man-look-like-a-goddess.html

Yes the last 10 are the devil! It's such a tease because you're so close to your goal xD and thanks!
-
I was looking for a new routine! Thanks so much! <3
-
I try to but usually I tend to eat more than what I plan xD
-
I used to eat Del Taco like CRAZY! I would be able to eat 7 chicken tacos along with two fish tacos in one sitting... Fast food makes me cringe now knowing all the processed stuff that goes into it. I can't believe I was doing that to my body. Yuck!
-
I find these last 13 pounds are the worse! Maybe it's because you're so close to your goal that it's like a tease hahaha :p
-
Good luck girl! ^__^ Love to see your journey!

Yes, you need to give your body time to repair the muscles that are damaged during exercise. Over-training can cause "plateaus," which is why its advised that you switch up your exercise routines every two weeks. You constantly want to shock your body in new ways to keep your heart rate up!

English tea or green tea! I love english tea, I add almond milk and stevia to mine. Much better than coffee!
-
Thanks so much for the support and kind words! I wish you all of luck on your weight goals too! ^____^
-
Are you really hungry? Are you sure it's not emotional/boredom eating? Also, are you getting enough sleep?
-
Yes it does! There's so many nice people on here and I recently started going on the message boards too. It's nice to talk to people who care about fitness and who are so positive! ^___^
-
Good luck! You can do it! ^__^

I don't quite understand this... I always thought you needed to create a calorie deficit in order to lose weight. If you were to eat up all the calories you burned from exercise combined with your bmr... wouldn't you be maintaining?
-
Wow people are so nice on here I wasn't expecting so many replies! ^__^ Thanks so much guys <3 Would love to be friends!
