5' 5" and 147 is my first scale goal. I'll adjust when I get there based on how I feel, other goals are 25% BF. So, I'll play around w/ my total weight / lean mass when I get to where that is what matters :-) Gotta get that first 50# off though!!!!!!

Probably naked at home, a lot (although I have a son, so I have to be a little modest). And then anywhere and everywhere I can run around in a very skimpy bikini. In August in Houston, that might include the grocery store.

Awesome job! I did the same thing (six years ago) when I was pregnant w/ my son. I gained 60+ lbs. Went into deliver at 211#, came out at ~180#. I have been down into the high sixties since, but bad habits and too little exercise have led me to where I am now (186#). Anyway - you look great! Great work.

What is your height/weight/lifestyle. I'm 5'5", 186# right now and "sedentary" - as I sit at a desk all day. MFP has me at 1450/day at a 500 cal deficit to lose 1# per week. I find the feedback that "coffee is just a vehicle for cream and sugar" to be a little judgmental. I LOVE my coffee. Love. It. I drink it with cream and either Splenda or Truvia. According to the dietician I worked with - only water is water. You can add fresh lemon or lime - but that's all. If it's processed, manufactured, etc - you body doesn't use it the same way. It's up to you, of course, but IMHO - you should be drinking your water intake goal over and above any Propel.
