Would have been nice to hit 80 by the 6 month mark but oh well. 16lbs left to go! :)

Starting point: 247lbs / XL tees / 38" waist
Current: 169lbs/ M tees/ 32" waist

GW: 154lbs

Good job. What all are you doing to lose the weight? Anyways, keep up the good work.

    Thanks! :)

Basically just cutting the crap, very little dairy and only skimmed milk in my tea. I cut out bread, ready meals and takeaways wit the odd exception as a treat after a big loss (haven't touched a Chinese since before Christmas).

Yes - GREAT work, and if my body comp monitor is to be believed, water/other weight on my 5'8" woman's frame can fluctuate by as much as 3 + pounds, so I think at this close to 80 pounds, you can think that you probably have achieved that, for all practical purposes :).

Excellent. Although - you're a 6'3" male and want to get down to 154 lbs? I weigh about that and I'm a 5'10" woman! You look really, really great - just be careful. Do you weight train?

I want to get down to the lowest end of my normal weight before I start any serious weight training, a blank canvas as such. I mainly do body resistance exercises and 15kg dumbbell curls and vertical rows
