WOW! What a huge difference! Seeing stories like yours really inspires. Its always amazing to see people like yourself with such a huge weightloss. I honestly beleive losing weight is one of the hardest things for a person to accomplish and seeing someone with results like yours is simply awe-inspiring.

Given how you look after the 30DS I would do the ripped in 30 but that's just my opinion

Wow! You look like you reversed the clock by several years and you look great in that dress. Amazing work!

You look really good. Awesome job!

My wife and I both started this on the 5th. Didn't think to take measurements and pictures so going to try and do that tonight before we get any further along.

Yea I have always heard losing weight slowly helps you keep it off better and so far that has held true.

I didn't read all the post on this thread but with my wife and I being a C25K graduate and us helping our best friends through the program as well I can say KEEP AT IT! Marcillene - Probably a lot longer than it should had, but again as long as I was seeing the scale drop I really didn't try and force the weight off you know? But really we didn't start "trying" until we started running which was May 2012, so its been a year since we started and we had a really really bad holiday eating…

Great job! I can finally see the tops of mine but the bottom hold is still hiding behind this very-hard-to-get-rid-of-belly-fat. UG!

We started eating a lot healthier. We try to eat as clean as possible but sometimes that is hard to do and keep a social life with your friends, but for the most part I eat as healthy as possible and I try and do my best at counting my caloric intake and being as accurate as possible. Just up until recently all I did was run. I now do body weight workouts and made me a suspension trainer much like what you would get from TRX. I have a boflex at my house which I keep telling myself to start using again but haven't got around to it yet :)

Was hoping for a few hellos and some friend invites. I still have a few lbs to lose and enjoy being able to help keep people motivated.

I'm 29 for a little while longer :)

I started running May of last year. I'm down 48 lbs and down from a 38 pants size to a 32. Running helps for sure but as you will hear everyone say, it all starts in the kitchen.
