Me too. Same height, same weight, same problem. A couple of months ago someone said "eat more" , and I gained 4 pounds in a week. Hard to take that off! I am 62.

I have heard that low carb meals, and snacking on just veg and fruit between works for some........ Each person is different and must find what works for them.

I bought stuff that I cant eat. I am allergic to nuts, so I bought Reeses peanut butter cups, Snickers, and oops, Kit kat bars. If there is a Kitkat left on Saturday, maybe I will eat one. BUT I will try to resist. now if I had bought candy corn or smartties, it would be all over for me, I cant resist either of them.

Mine was $269 for the year, I just joined in September. I used to do planet fittness, but wanted a gym with zumba classes and aerobics classes. And this one is closer to home.

I am 5'3". My starting weight was 175. My current weight is 165. I am wearing size 16 Short/petite pants, and an XL top. I am 62. I am aiming for a size 10 pants to fit loosely, and a M top, and 130 pounds.

I am sisyphus. I have tried to push this ball up hill many times, with different tools. I will soon also be ( if not already) the scared one. Already have heart disease, high cholesterol. I want to get thin to get off some of this damn medication.

I'm a grandma too. Have a beautiful 2.5 year old grand daughter, a two year old sweety grandson. We, my husband and i, are raising an 11 year old grandson with some special needs. Hi all, i just found this thread, but i have kept a couple of my january resolutions : exercise at least 20 minutes a day, work on learning to knit, log food every day. So far, so good, but have not yet lost a pound! Nice to see others over 50 here. :o) Age 61, need to lose 42 pounds, in eastern PA.

I am now driving a 2012nissan cube. I had a MINI countryman for about a year, and had a bad accident and totaled it. Before that i had MINI 2door. I loved it. My fav all time car . I do like the cube though.... and it gets 30 mpg. But its funny looking.

I too am exercising every day, and my calorie goal is 1200 daily. Howevrr, after loggingi log my exercise... it gives me more calories... plus the exercise makes me want a little snack. I have not yet lost anything worth posting about. I've been at it about three weeks... i think.

A little grape wine and cheese, OR cornflakes.... but i usually have calories left over.... due to exercise.
