  • We have a few trick or treaters who are little and come in costume.... then later the thugs come..... wearing a knit hat pulled over their faces... say its a costume.... want candy. Shame on them. So maybe for Halloween.... I won't be home.

  • I stress eat. Then feel guilty. I love many savory types of food. Even the healthy stuff has calories..... but its not as tasty / satisfying as the other stuff. Each evening I crave cheese and a sweet or salty flavor. Bad for me with water retention. A day at a time.
  • I load uop my plate with raw veggies the first time at the buffet, next pass I look for salads, then lean protein and fruit. By then I'm full of low cal healthy stuff. I go very minimal on the veggie dips. I drink bottled water. On the other hand, I'm not losing.... but not gaining either. And don't go near the dessert…
  • Is he wondering if you are flirting with other guys? Is he that jealous... that he has to watch you....? If he's that " posessive" dump him.
  • Get out of there, contact a counsellor at school, work out your finances... maybe try for a student loan or apply for grants or scholarship money, or sit out a semester with relatives, work and save for next semester.. so you can stay on campus. Maybe there are girls sharing off campus housing looking for another room mate…

  • Stress causes me to eat too. If you figure it out.... let me know. Taking a walk usually helps, but sometimes I work up an appetite! Maybe I should drink more. ( I don't drink at all!)

  • I went there for a while.... it was ok. But then for just a few bucks more joied a gym that has aerobic classes too... which I like. Guess I like the comeraderie of group exercise...
  • Oh... so good to hear that others eat eggs every day too. I'm allergic to fish, soy, and nuts..... so I go to eggs and chicken for my protein ( and greek yogurt). I eat at least two a day... sometimes three. No more than that. And sometimes I dot eat the whole yolk. ( my dog begs something terrible.)
  • Some people are just rude. If reporting it makes you feel better.... do so. But I would just ignore it. Let it roll off. You are so much more than a "clothing size". Do your best, be your best, feel good about who you are. Stay above it..... name callersxare just rude and insecure people......

  • Logging.... but forgiving if I go over. Its just twice a year ( today and Christmas). That we have a feast. But I cut my PA dutch potato filling in calories by ading in cauliflower and reducing the spuds. Butter (smart balance) and celery and onion as usual.
