I'm not doing it every day. I would be super sore. I doing it like every other day with 30 day shred, and i'll move up to level 2 with KB&T when I move up with 30 day. :)

Just finished day 3. :) It's going great so far! I sweat like a pig the whole time! Wayy more than 30dayshred even! :) Definitely noticing tons of definition in my butt/thighs already! :) I'm doing this in conjunction with 30 day shred...so feeling crazy sore but feeling results!

My challenge: keeping the house clean every day! I'm an every couple days cleaner, but my cleaning can be done so much faster if I simply take the time to do it every day. and my husband is less stressed when the apartment is clean!

haha i read this and totally reminded me of myself! I got married in May 2010, and thinking about the pregnancy weight/after baby even though it's still way in the future! I am also wanting to be the sexy martha stewart, and my husband is the exact same way as yours. I could be so upset at myself for not doing anything…

How long have you had implanon in? It is possible you are having a reaction from that. Sounds very similar to the reaction I had on the Depo Shot. I'm not sure if it is the same meds in implanon, but worth checking into.

haha i know! I have a love/hate relationship with her! But we can't deny the kind of results she gives. It's amazing. Just look up any before and after of her dvds and you'll be hooked!

Jillian micheals has the right idea in getting hardcore strength and cardio is one hardcore work out! Have you looked into her dvds? :) they're great!

scratch that. I'm starting today. (I lost my zumba punchcard that I was going to do today. :( ) Is anyone else going to take tomorrow off though? I'm not going to have time as we're going to be with family all day.

I'm going to start the day after thanksgiving. :) I'll just be a few days behind! I have attempted this...got to day 7 and quit! I'm looking forward to having some motivation and accountability partners!

Try taking a zumba class! It is SOOO much fun I actually look forward to doing it! :) I come home and i'm dancing all night! Zumba and Jillian micheals Killer buns and thighs! I did my first day of KB&T yesterday and was drenched in sweat! Today my butt and my upper thighs hurt way more than I thought could happen! (In a good way of course!)
