Thanks! I have been trying to restart my weight loss for the last couple of years, but with no success. Too many highly stressful events and changes to be able to keep consistent. I hope this time that it works. Thanks for the support!

I hear ya! It's hard to stick to a program over a period of time - there is always something that comes up to derail you. The only way I have found to keep on track is to have the support of other people - they can motivate you when you just don't feel like keeping at it. Feel free to add me!
