I usually eat around half. If you're hungry, I think as long it's healthy food and not something like "Well, I burned x amount of calories today so I can have a donut", you'll be fine.

Another apple shape here :) Pants only ever fit me at the waist or the hips, never both. So I usually go with pants that ride a bit lower, and that usually solves that problem.

I'm just curious, by "low sodium", do they mean just not going over the recommended amount or actually being restricted to less? I have to do the former for health reasons, but I was told getting too little causes serious problems, so.

I have to avoid protein and sodium because of Dr's orders. Not quite avoid them period, but just avoid eating too much meat, dairy, processed foods and all because of protein/sodium limits.
