Worried about going UNDER calorie limit?
So I almost always eat over 1200 calories. I usually burn at least 200-300 a day, and I try to eat them back, but sometimes, I'll end up netting 1000 or even less. I know most places suggest weekly weigh ins, but I usually prefer to do it every morning.
