Worried about going UNDER calorie limit?

So I almost always eat over 1200 calories. I usually burn at least 200-300 a day, and I try to eat them back, but sometimes, I'll end up netting 1000 or even less. I can't eat over 55-60g of protein a day, so I have limits on meat and dairy, and I'm (trying!) to eat tons of fruits and veggies and that good stuff, and usually, I'm just not hungry.

I'm still losing 1 1/2 lbs a week, which was my goal, but I'm worried about accidentally putting myself into starvation mode due to going under too often. Should I be concerned or no?
