Oh, I was at my doctor, and I can't really afford a physical therapist. I mean, I work at Dairy Queen haha. The doctor told me to 'google it', great doc, huh? ha.

Yeah, true. I think it also matters how much you weigh, because someone who is a bit heavier will burn more calories doing the same activity than someone who is lighter than them. Also interesting... haha

I do the bike, and I have lost over 3 inches off of my waist, so I disagree that you shouldn't do the bike. And, keep in mind, bicycling is the my only source of cardio.

You really shouldn't be showering twice a day no matter what you are doing. I mean, unless you get covered in mud and feces.... That sounds pretty good to me! Do you have a mountain bike though? Because if your town is as 'hilly' as you describe it, you are going to be very tired, even in just 10 minutes! What I do, since I do that a lot because I am only 18 so all my friends eat junk when I am around, I just eat less the next day. But since you went way overboard, eat less calories the next couple of days to contemplate. I don't go day by day, I go week by week. I think you'll be less stressed if you think of it that way.
