But that wasn't the intent. Sometimes in order to help other people you need to be a little unwelcoming. Do you think I was excited to go to the hospital? Well, I am getting 7-8 hours of sleep haha. I wake up exactly 9 hours after I go to sleep unless I have an alarm set for earlier. I always have. So today I woke up at 12:57 pm :D

I can kind of relate. I'm younger so I still live with my parents. The only meal we eat together is dinner, and I'll spend the rest of the day before that eating very well and counting every calorie, but when it gets to dinner I did not make it and I underestimate the calorie value :P Its a pain. I have the EXACT same problem with sunflower seeds! I could eat a 1lb bag of seeds in two hours, and I have before! Its really hard when you have a legitimate food addiction, I know. My family refuses to let me buy seeds now and if they see that I have them they dump them in the back yard :(

Its true. Your body needs oxygen to burn fat, and when you are working too hard and breathing very hard then it burns the carbs, which are easier to burn.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I had some dairy queen ice ccream yesterday and I felt really sick afterwards. I think its because my body isn't used to having to process that crap anymore! haha :)

Im only 18 and I have stretch marks too! And even though I am here to lose weight, I am not fat and never have been. So its just something everyone goes through. I have them on my inner thighs and hips :l

Well everytime I'm feeling not motivated to do anything, I take off my shirt and look at my stomach. I stare at it and think, 'the only way this is ever going to look good, is if I exersise NOW.' And that gets me going, ahha.

Well, I'm pretty sure he had good cause to prescribe it to me. I went an entire summer locked up in my room, and I was convinced everyone hated me. And I am embarrassed to admit that I even tried to hurt myself :l So, Prozac is completely necessary for me to be normal, trust me.

If you don't eat them your body will go into starvation mode, and every thing you eat will be turned into fat, because your body thinks its preparing for starvation. I recommend eating most of them, thats what I do. Trust my fitness pal, they know what they are doing.

I ride my bike about 20 miles every day in 1 hour and 40 minutes, and usually I have a turkey sandwhich with green tea before I leave. And I bring water with the fiber powder mixed in with me.
