I know for obvious reasons its unhealthy but will it hurt my weight loss?
I rented the first season of Criminal Minds and I've been watching it until really late haha.

Only if you're neglecting your exercise and eating badly. I have a habit of staying up late myself, but I still lose weight just the same as long as I stick to my daily routines.0

Yes. Not getting 7-8 hours of sleep can hinder your weight loss. At night is when our bodies gain or lose weight and when you only get 4-5 hours of sleep, your body isn't able to do what it's supposed to do while you're dreaming. It's okay every now and then, I would say just don't make a habit of it.0

Well, I am getting 7-8 hours of sleep haha. I wake up exactly 9 hours after I go to sleep unless I have an alarm set for earlier. I always have. So today I woke up at 12:57 pm0

Not if you sleep until 12:00! Must be nice. My kids get meup at 6:15 on the dot every day. Needless to say I can't even stay awake past 10:00pm!0

Well then no. I've been going to be late and getting up late too. This is fine until I can actually find a job. Once I find a job it will be a problem.0 -
Ahhhh youth. Since your not losing sleep, I guess it wouldn't matter. I'm up at 5:30AM every day! Do some chores around the house, get ready for work.....I would feel like I slept the day away if I slept until 12 - oh wait, you kind of did....sorry, I couldn't resist....0

I wouldn't have a clue what to do with 7-8 hours of sleep! I have always been a 5-6 hour person. My work messes up my dieting though. I go to bed between 6pm-7pm, and get up between 12:30am-1:20am. Then I work anywhere from 7 hours to 16. Thursday and Friday are both 14-15 hour days and I have to pack enough to make it through that long. Get's aggrivating!0

Sigh, my sleep schedule is all jacked up and I'm not getting more than 6 hours of sleep tops. I WISH I could go to sleep earlier. I've GOT to get this figured out...driving me nuts!!0

actually I have quite an eventful day. I wake up, shower, eat, go to the gym, to the library, back home, eat, to work and then home to finally relax haha!0 -
