Guilty pleasures?
What have you had to give up in order to lose weight? Well, obviously a lot haha but I mean what is one things you REALLY miss, and would willingly give up a couple hundred calories a day if you had the room? Mine would be a peanut buster parfait from Dairy Queen, but that baby has over 700 calories in it... yikes :o

Real Bike vs. Stationary
I have seen this argument on countless websites so many times and I think its ridiculous! Maybe I am just weird, but I feel like I am accomplishing nothing on a stationary bike. I ride my normal bike about 20 miles a day in about an hour and 40 minutes, and I feel GREAT.
