It has:
Parmesan cheese
eggplant
spaghetti sauce
spaghetti noodles

the egg plants are breaded.

Are you making it yourself or ordering it in a restaurant? I think google is your best bet if it's a restaurant meal, and sparkpeople has an awesome recipe calculator if you making it yourself.

As amazing a dish as this is I never order it when I go out. You never know how much oil they used to cook it and the calories can really add up.
